Located in Soho New York this eleven-story, mixed-use residential loft condo features a custom-designed glass curtain wall as its defining element.
The complex geometry of the bent glazing was developed through a precise 3D computer model, ensuring exact measurements and cost control. The curtain wall mullions were extruded in China, the glass bent in Spain, and the units assembled in the U.S., showcasing a seamless global collaboration.
The building’s sculptural facade optimizes natural light and ventilation, while high-performance materials and green technologies—such as a rainwater collection system and solar shading—enhance energy efficiency.
Through adaptive reuse, the design preserves SoHo’s historic fabric while introducing a bold, contemporary aesthetic that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior, fostering a dynamic connection between architecture and urban life.
