Held at an exclusive venue in the heart of the Design District, the event welcomed an elite guest list that included the Mayor of Miami, top American influencers and international Models as well as loyal clients from across the collaborating brands. The space was transformed into a breathtaking embodiment of Elle Residences’ signature aesthetic—immersive, stylish, and bold. From the moment guests stepped through the doors, they entered the “Elle Residences Universe,” a captivating preview of the lifestyle awaiting future homeowners.
Bringing the brand’s identity to life, the night featured a dazzling runway show where models graced the floor in iconic dresses inspired by historic Elle magazine covers. Two photo booths, each a design statement in itself, gave attendees unforgettable photo ops—one recreating the future lobby’s standout green-tile statement wall adorned with the project’s golden logo, the other designed to mimic the magazine’s legendary covers.
