September 16th, 2025, marked an iconic evening with the grand launch of Elle Residences Dubai Island. The ELLE RESIDENCES team for this project—featuring ELLE, Anax Development, along with ARQUINAUT and The One Atelier—came together to celebrate the much-anticipated launch of their new project, set to redefine luxury branded living in the Middle East.
An exclusive evening of glamour and luxury unfolded at the iconic Madinat Arena, was a masterclass in world-class entertainment and high-fashion elegance. The evening brought together Dubai’s elite, international celebrities, and industry icons to celebrate a vision of “Joie de Vivre”. The highlight of the night was a show-stopping runway showcase by renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra, whose latest collection dazzled the audience against a backdrop of cinematic production.
Bringing the brand’s identity to life, guests were treated to electrifying live perfomances by global superstars including Nancy Ajram, Jubin Nautiyal, Nora Fatehi, Sidharth Malhortra, and Arjun Rampal, with the evening elegantly hosted by Elli Avrram and Amyra Dastur. It was more than a event launch, it was a vibrant celebrationof the contemporary spirit that ELLE represents.
