Gregory A. I. Martínez de Riquelme is an internationally experienced architect, designer and real estate professional. He has over 20 years of experience in the commercial, hospitality, institutional as well as residential development field, designing, directing and managing global high profile projects.

Sustainable Architecture and Design, Branded Real Estate and Property Development are amongst his fields of expertise.

Formerly, he has worked as design director, lead architect and real estate consultant at several world-renowned firms such as Gensler, the largest architecture firm in the world and Archi-Tectonics, an internationally recognised boutique architecture and design firm.

Additionally, he is lecturer and tutor of the final year of the Master in Architecture at the University of Portsmouth (UK) and critic at Loughborough University.

He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formerly known as: Cass Business School) in London, where he was awarded the Santander Bank Scholarship as well as a MSc in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in New York where he was awarded the DAAD full scholarship and Dipl.-Ing. in Architecture from the Technical University Darmstadt.

Due to Gregory’s multicultural background being born, raised and having studied in Germany and also his Spanish descent he is fluent in German and Spanish as well as English and Italian.

Roberto Saija is an engineer specialized in the civil and environmental sector with over 30 years of experience. He is member of board and managing director of several companies, some of them in the real estate sector. In recent years he acquired part of ENEL’s property spin-off, which he coordinated and managed. Additionally he gained significant experience in the field of energy saving and production from renewable sources. He followed and coordinated on behalf of primary companies/funds all the exploratory activities for the acquisition of a dozen hotels in main Italian cities. Additionally he has been managing important civil construction works (+€ 300 million) as director and coordinator for the execution of works.

Paola Lucente is an experienced contemporary art curator and art consultant with over 20 years experience of working within both the public and private art sectors.
She holds a Master in Art Management Psychology and a Bachelor in Contemporary Visual Art, gaining experience at the Guggenheim Museum, Marian Goodman Gallery, Scope and Volta art fairs in New York City as well as at the Zabludowicz Collection in London.
For the past 7 years she has been the Director and the Curator of Procreate Project, the first UK social enterprise that supports the development of contemporary artists who are also mothers working across art forms as well as the Head of Visual art and programme at Spazio Murat in Bari, Italy, the very first public project space for contemporary arts in the city.
