Following the successful launch of the world’s first ELLE Residences in Miami, ARQUINAUT is proud to unveil its latest landmark project: ELLE Residences Dubai Islands. As the exclusive concept creator and technical representative for ELLE’s branded real estate worldwide, our studio is translating the editorial soul of the world’s most iconic fashion magazine into a three-dimensional living environment on the shores of the Persian Gulf. Developed in collaboration with ANAX Developments and The One Atelier, this project represents a bold fusion of Parisian art de vivre and the avant-garde spirit of Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline.

The project features a limited collection of 91 beautiful apartments and 7 stunning townhouses, designed to offer a level of privacy and space rarely found in Dubai’s luxury market. The interiors are anchored by ELLE’s five pillars: Fashion, Beauty, Culture, Lifestyle, and Society. Residents can expect a curated aesthetic featuring sculptural fireplaces, bespoke wallpapers, bronze accents, and marble, all layered with lighting that pays homage to Dubai’s vibrant contemporary art scene.
